Terms and Conditions
Trust Donation Agreement
Published on 10 October 2026.
Your donation and eligibility
This agreement is between you and Kailashnath Mahadev Charitable Trust. You confirm that you are at least 18, can enter this agreement and are authorised to use the payment method. Your gift is voluntary and gives no ownership, financial return or entitlement to services.
Lawful funds and foreign contributions
You confirm that the funds are lawfully obtained and belong to you or the Indian entity you are authorised to represent. This checkout accepts domestic donations only, not foreign contributions under FCRA. Do not use it for a foreign citizen, foreign entity or foreign-source funds. Contact the Trust separately if unsure; paying in INR does not establish eligibility.
Use of your gift
The Trust uses donations for its charitable objects, including reasonable programme, administration and payment-processing costs. A selected cause or kit guides allocation. If that activity is fully funded, unavailable or impracticable, the Trust may apply the gift to a similar charitable need. Any binding restriction requires the Trust’s written acceptance before payment.
Programmes and delivery
Kit contents, suppliers, beneficiaries and schedules may change with availability, safety and local needs. Equivalent substitutions may be made. Photographs and estimates do not guarantee a particular beneficiary, delivery date or outcome. Donations are not purchases of goods for personal delivery.
Payment confirmation
Razorpay processes payments under its own terms. A donation is confirmed only after successful capture and verification. If money is debited but confirmation is missing, keep the payment reference and contact the Trust before retrying. The Trust may decline, hold for verification or return donations where required for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.
Errors, refunds and disputes
Donations are normally final once received. For a duplicate, mistaken or unauthorised payment, contact the Trust promptly with the payment reference and supporting details. Requests are reviewed against payment records and applicable law; approval is not automatic. Approved refunds go to the original payment method, subject to bank and gateway processing times. This does not restrict any statutory refund or dispute right.
Receipts and tax documents
Provide accurate donor details and, when requesting tax documents, the donor’s valid PAN. A payment confirmation is not a tax certificate. Any tax deduction depends on the Trust’s applicable approval, the donation and current law; it is not guaranteed. The Trust will issue applicable documents after verification and may request additional information needed for statutory reporting.
Privacy and public recognition
The Trust uses donor information to process and reconcile donations, respond to requests, prevent fraud and meet legal record-keeping duties. Service providers and authorities receive information only as needed for these purposes. Personal data is not sold for marketing. Public name display is a separate, optional choice; you may contact the Trust to withdraw it. Required financial records may still be retained.
Responsibility and legal rights
You are responsible for accurate information and authorised use of funds. To the extent permitted by law, the Trust is not responsible for indirect losses or delays caused by banks, payment providers, disasters or events beyond its reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that law does not allow to be excluded.
Agreement record and applicable law
Indian law applies. Contact the Trust first to help resolve a concern, without limiting your right to approach a competent court or authority. We record the agreement version, language and acceptance time with your donation order. Later changes apply to future donations only. If a clause is unenforceable, the remaining lawful terms continue to apply.
